As a vital member of the SMB Growth team, this role requires close collaboration with vertical product growth, in-market sales leadership, acquisition, and operations teams in a rapidly evolving environment. Key skills for success include the ability to establish global vendor operations, prioritize effectively, problem-solve, foster cross-functional alignment, and serve as the expert for our advertising platform and ecosystem. Ideal candidates will possess experience in vendor/sales management, team leadership, working with media products, and familiarity with SMB marketing.Responsibilities:1. Be accountable for key business metrics, such as increased revenue, ROI, and product adoptions, while effectively managing the P&L.2. Develop vendor relationships, encompassing product testing and growth-focused initiatives.3. Build robust processes, systems, tools/solutions, workflow optimization, and automation to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.4. Drive commitments from internal teams, including Products, Engineering, and Marketing.QualificationsQualifications:1. 5+ years of experience working within media in a program or vendor management role.2. Proven experience in leading teams.3. BA/BS degree or above.4. Fast learner with a strong sense of judgment and original thinking, capable of thriving in ambiguity and adapting quickly to change.5. Excellent strategic thinking, presentation, and analytical skills.Preferred Qualifications:6. Customer service orientation and experience working in a client-facing capacity.7.
