Please note that due to Department of Defense contract requirements, U.S. CITIZENSHIP IS REQUIRED.General: Provide leadership to the organization consisting of purchasing, planning and warehouse management.Be hands on leader and manage all aspects of KPIs which impact inventory assetsUnderstand the available tools and make sure your people are trained and use themCollaborate with corporate and divisional initiatives and projects (new tools)Collaborations with cross-functional teams, involvement with plant CFT as necessaryEnablement of plant’s revenue and financial goalResponsible for training, managing and controlling and performance of the followingfunctions;PurchasingMonitor below parameters as they impact inventory turns of the plant;Execution of MRP executionsReceiving DiscrepanciesMRB/RTV DispositionAgility TurnsItem Attributes review: Safety Stock, MOQ, L/T, FLM etcInventoryManage and oversee inventory controls to meet or exceed corporate guidelinesinventory turnsAudit and guide cycle count procedures which meet or exceed corporatepolicies and proceduresMonitor Physical Inventories as neededReportingProvide Reporting for the following;E&O ResolutionInventory OffsetMDS Plant Weekly reviewIO ReportMDS Gap Management:Review and monitor MDS gap by plant and by customerAchieve desired MDS gap goalsTrainingProvide management and control of training of all functions as required withinresponsibilities ie: corporate QAP, QAF, QAR, plant SOPs, and PerformanceExcellence, Ethics, etc.Additional Responsibilities:In partnership with the plant managers in achieving plant goalsAid in the securing of new customer accounts and growth of the businessProvide and present supply chain solutionsAssist in planning for current and future businessUnderstand all functions of the business to assist in the cross functionalmanagement of the businessCollaborate with all functions of the business to establish a cross functionalteam to successfully manage the businessEstablish an environment which supports continuous improvement, iscooperative, collaborative and fosters employee development and growthSanmina is an Equal Opportunity Employer – M/F/Veteran/Disability/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity.This is an ITAR facility and applicants must be a US Citizen.
