Summary You will serve as a F-35 Lighting Program - Logistics Management Specialist (F-35-B DAPML) in the Air Systems Group, Logistics Department, Maintenance Division, Joint Strike Fighter Branch of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV
Duties
• You will identify all activities involved to provide logistical support for assigned aviation program.
• You will evaluate plans for and provision of logistical support for feasibility, efficiency, and economy, and to develop alternatives when required.
• You will provide leadership and guidance to internal and external contacts in support of logistics management and program objectives.
• You will monitor progress in meeting logistics plan and identify the cause and impact of delays and other problems.
• You will prepare and deliver presentations on program status, accomplishments and progress.
• You will integrate actions required of each activity into a comprehensive logistics plan
Requirements Conditions of Employment

Qualifications Your resume must demostrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12/13) or pay band (DS-05) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector
Examples of specialized experience include: (1) Applying in-depth working knowledge of advanced concepts, theories, principles, and practices of integrated logistics management to support aviation program goals and objectives; (2) Planning, analysis, and execution necessary to create and establish aviation integration supportability policies and procedures for major aviation systems that operate; (3) Reviewing plans and products to ensure that they meet program needs; (4) Managing project/program requirements, objectives and metrics, and resolving conflicts among schedules, funding, and resources; (5) Identifying opportunities to incorporate process improvements and best practices utilizing customer feedback, internal and external audits, self-assessment, and lessons learned activities; and (6) Advising management and colleagues on difficult problems, conducting special studies, proposing options and alternatives, and representing a command
