Come join us and help shape the future WSP is currently initiating a search for a Boston Department Head of Enclosures for our Boston, MA office. WSP works closely with architects and owners from around the world on large, complex projects with a focus on sustainability and energy performance of the built environment.Work will include new building and restoration and repair design of roofing and vertical building enclosures, building enclosure design consulting, including design and design reviews, specifications, design detailing, forensic investigation, and building enclosure commissioning. Candidate will be expected to manage teams of multiple staff on multiple projects at the same time, offer technical guidance, coordinate the appropriate technical leads for the project and be the primary point of contact for the client.Your ImpactLead our Boston Building Enclosures Department Providing building enclosure consulting servicesManaging and guiding project teams for completing building enclosure design reviewsReviewing fenestration, vertical façade, roofing systems and waterproofingPerforming technical review and completing on site forensic investigations and functional performance testing of enclosure systemsBusiness development and maintaining strong relationships with clients and external professional and industry groupsLead our northeast regional teams and provide business development and talent growthMentor and teach our team.Talent is the essence of meeting our client’s objectives, goals and challenges.
