MILSATCOM Futures Lead with Security Clearance

This position requires a Top Secret clearance
Duties and Responsibilities: We are looking for individuals with systems engineering experience, preferably in a DoD Space-based capability program context
Experience developing satellite, user, and/or ground system segments is highly desired
Required Skills and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Physics
* Active Top Secret clearance
* 10+ years of experience with leading a team working on large-scale DoD systems, and performing systems engineering in support of command, control, communications, computers, cyber-defense, combat systems, intelligence, surveillance or reconnaissance missions within a Major Defense Acquisition Program.
* Knowledge of DoD Science and Technology (S&T) or technology maturation processes that are performed by DoD and national research laboratories
* Ability to effectively manage staff and client relationships in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to effectively communicate and establish collaborative relationships with government clients, Federally Funded Research and Developmental Centers (FFRDC), and associate contractor teammates to achieve program goals.Desired Skills and Experience:
• Experience of executing DoD Science and Technology (S&T) or similar technology maturation processes that are performed by DoD or national research laboratories
* Experience with leading a team using Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) approach to manage system definitions and technical baselines
* Experience in architecture planning resulting in well-orchestrated, evolutionary improvement of a system or system-of-systems
* TS/SCI eligibility
Compensation:
• The salary for this position ranges from approximately $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 depending on relevant experience and qualifications.Why LinQuest?
