Job DescriptionJoin our team as the Director of Early Talent Recruitment, a pivotal role reporting directly to the Vice President of Talent Acquisition. You'll spearhead our global Early Talent hiring strategies, collaborating closely with our Talent Acquisition peers and HR Business partners to ensure alignment with our overarching staffing goals.Key Accountabilities:Act as a strategic business partner, providing proactive and consultative guidance on early talent recruiting strategies.Lead and mentor a team of talent specialists passionate about Early Talent pipelines, encouraging relationships with schools, universities, and national organizations.Develop and implement Early Talent hiring plans in coordination with regional Talent Acquisition leadership and business/functional leaders.Continuously evaluate recruiting processes, driving improvements, and implementing solutions in collaboration with both internal and external customers.Work with Talent Acquisition peers and business leaders to drive Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives in early talent recruiting.Provide regular updates on hiring progress and key initiatives to partners.Provide input and insights to the talent management team regarding the identification and selection of candidates for LDPs from the early talent pool.Continuously assess market trends and emerging technologies to identify new vendor opportunities that could improve early talent recruitment efforts.Establish critical metrics to measure the impact and success of Early Talent recruiting strategies, adjusting strategies as needed.Education and Experience:Basic Qualifications:8+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, including University Recruiting roles.5+ years of people management preferredBachelor's degree required.Experience with Workday and/or Phenom People preferredExpectations:Demonstrable experience leading high-performing recruitment teams.Strong communication, presentation, and data analysis skills.Ability to translate data into actionable insights and make data-informed recommendations.Proficiency with recruiting systems and platforms.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast budget needs and prioritize spending initiatives in alignment with strategic objectives.Understanding of higher education systems and experience building relationships with academic institutions.Ability to coordinate and manage relationships with multiple early talent tech vendors to optimize outcomes.Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve objectives.Proven success in setting and achieving measurable goals aligned with organizational talent needs on a global scale.We will ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform essential job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment. Please contact us to request accommodation.Compensation and BenefitsThe salary range estimated for this position based in Massachusetts is $145,500.00–$213,400.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
