**This role is located in Milwaukee, WI and is required to be onsite.**

+ Front desk coverage

+ Support of our cold source recruiting

+ Supporting our on-boarding process for new hires

+ tracking of onboarding (working with Onboarding/Ops Manager)

+ Order pantry and office supplies

+ support for Stocking copiers/fax machines

+ support for Mail review and distribution, working closely with compliance

+ Miscellaneous projects as required

The base salary range for this position is $52,000-$58,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.

**Preferred qualifications**

+ Bachelor's degree preferred

+ 1-2 years of experience in business is preferred
