SUMMARY:

+ This position is for an Inbound Call Center Representative providing outstanding levels of customer service and accurate scheduling in the BrokerBay Real-Estate Management Software

+ Reps are expected to multi-task using multiple screens to look up customer information and scheduling appointments via telephone in an efficient and effective manner, while displaying a pleasant, courteous, and professional level of assistance.

+ Proper call documentation, organization and follow through is essential to ensure the best customer experience.

+ Follow call-handling procedures to assure uniform support within the guidelines of the department.

+ Meet call handle volume and productivity performance metrics.

+ Attendance and punctuality are essential functions of the position.

+ The BrokerBay Live Concierge Support position is located on-site in Salem, OR in an office (call center) environment.

+ This is a 40 hour a week position with occasional opportunities for OT.

+ Good Attendance and punctuality are essential functions of the position.

REQUIREMENTS:

+ HS Diploma or GED

+ Pass drug test & background checks

+ Basic PC, Typing & Data Entry skills

+ Able to work a 1st shift, there is no 2nd/3rd shifts
