Position Summary Responsible for performance improvement processes Coordinates the development and implementation of center projects/programs Monitors the system to achieve targeted outcomes Collaborates effectively with medical center staff Monitors compliance with accrediting agencies Contributes to clinical research Serves as a resource/consultant Coordinates and presents at educational conferences Potentially provides care to trauma patients/families Minimum Requirements BSN or higher is required MSN preferred NC RN licensure required More than 4 years of prior experience of trauma related nursing is required Other Information This is a Monday - Friday, full-time position.
