ECU Health Medical Center has achieved Magnet designation twice and provides acute and intermediate care, rehabilitation and outpatient health services to a 29-county region that is home to more than 1.4 million people.
Position Summary
Responsible for performance improvement processes
Coordinates the development and implementation of center projects/programs
Monitors the system to achieve targeted outcomes
Collaborates effectively with medical center staff
Monitors compliance with accrediting agencies
Contributes to clinical research
Serves as a resource/consultant
Coordinates and presents at educational conferences
Potentially provides care to trauma patients/families
Minimum Requirements
BSN or higher is required
MSN preferred
NC RN licensure required
More than 4 years of prior experience of trauma related nursing is required
Other Information
This is a Monday - Friday, full-time position.
