Agents provide potential and existing customers with exceptional services. They identify customer needs, respond to customer queries, and collaborate with internal departments to optimize customer services and brand awareness. This role will provide phone/and or computer-based support to customers to help resolve product issues, answer account and billing questions, or handle customer concerns for a nationwide wireless broadband network dedicated to public safety.

Pay Rate: $16.50 per hour with 20% shift differential for hours after 5PM and Saturdays & Sundays

General Responsibilities:

Inbound Agent takes calls from the inbound queue, triages the customer’s issue, and works to resolve. This is accomplished by collecting outstanding balances, correcting verification and eligibility issues, running troubleshooting, tracking, and placing orders, and addressing general customer questions. 

Schedule Options: Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday

11AM-7:30PM

11:30AM-8PM

12PM-8:30PM

12:30PM-9PM

Experience and Skills:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of data entry and call center experience.
  • MS Office Experience.
  • Ability to multitask across multiple systems.
  • Minimum of 2 years of inbound customer service experience.
  • Customer Hours of operation could change at any time making flexibility a must.
