Your primary objective will be to shape the roadmap for advertising formats across the Nextdoor platform. Collaborating closely with the design and customers, you'll gain insights into the requirements of both large-scale advertisers and local businesses, integrating these insights into the roadmap. Through your efforts, you'll champion the growth of businesses of all sizes by optimizing their advertising experiences on Nextdoor.Your Responsibilities will include:Own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for Nextdoor’s portfolio of ad formatsOptimize the ad format performance and refine the advertising experience for Nextdoor’s Neighbors.You will own products from ideation through execution, holding yourself accountable to the key metrics you define for your products and domain. Pioneer the development of Nextdoor's search advertising product.Streamlining customer workflows by implementing unified formats across different ad placements and leveraging automated ad creation tools.Driving overall revenue growth for Nextdoor.What You’ll Bring To The Team5+ years of experience in product management with a high level of fluency within the ad tech space. Previous experience with ad formats and deep familiarity working with brands, agencies and large advertisers is a plus.  Ability to operate independently and autonomously with strong critical thinking skills. You’ll be scrappy and willing to wear multiple hats to ensure product success, even if this means taking on tasks outside traditional product management roles.E2E owner of the product development life cycle from ideation to launch. Comfortable diving into technical details and building an understanding of engineering details.RewardsCompensation, benefits, perks, and recognition programs at Nextdoor come together to create one overall rewards package.The starting salary for this role is expected to range from $170,000 to $227,000 on an annualized basis, or potentially greater in the event that your 'level' of proficiency exceeds the level expected for the role. Compensation may also vary by geography.We also expect to award a meaningful equity grant for this role. With equal quarterly vesting, your first vest date would be within the first 3 months of your start date.Overall, total compensation will vary depending on your relevant skills, experience, and qualifications. We have you covered Nextdoor employees can choose between a variety of great health plans.
