CITIZEN DEVELOPMENT MANAGER with Security Clearance

Duties
• You will monitor budget requests, financial planning execution, and obligation rates to ensure compliance with approved funding.
• You will conduct on-site visits and off-site reviews of NJROTC area units to ensure program compliance.
• You will provide input, guidance, information, direction on, and approval of NJROTC program goals and unit metrics for assigned NJROTC units

• You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty

• This position requires frequent travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites
You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time
Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Advises personnel on program, policies and procedures; 2) Develops and Implements plans and programs in accordance to mission and objectives of organization; 3) Develops solutions to program issues: 4) Provides oversight, administers implementation, and assesses compliance of assigned operations and administration; 5) Provides input, guidance, information, direction on, and approval of program goals; 6) Aids in coordinating and conducting various training and events
