Duties
• You will supervise logistics support operations for the Amphibious Vehicle Test Branch, overseeing all aspects of the organization's supply, transportation, and facilities management.
• You will provide input to project teams regarding logistics requirements to support testing, to include both on-site and deployed test events.
• You will serve as the Branch safety officer and supervise all occupational safety, ground safety, and industrial hygiene programs.
• You will serve as a Contracting Officer Representative for the procurement of equipment and services in support of Branch activities.
• You will supervise the work of a team of military and civilian supply and logistics personnel, monitoring employee performance, assuring that performance and conduct performance counseling for subordinates as required
Requirements Conditions of Employment

• This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites
You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
• This is a Supervisory Position.
• You will be required to obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance or interim clearance prior to entrance on duty
Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
• You will be required to successfully complete a pre-appointment physical examination.
• Supervisors in the executive branch have a heightened personal responsibility for advancing government ethics
You will be required to review the 14 General Principles of Ethical Conduct at 5 CFR 2635.101.
• You will be required to complete ethics orientation within three months of appointment and submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450, within 30 days of appointment.
• This position is subject to work an uncommon tour, including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet mission requirements
Overtime or night differential pay and/or unusual duty hours may be required
Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate three years of general experience, at least one year of which must be equivalent to the GS-04 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector
