• Support proposal development and submission
* Conducts contract negotiations
* Providing guidance on contractual rights and obligations, with means to mitigate contractual/program risk to Corporation
* Ensuring that proposed and negotiated Terms and Conditions comply within corporate policies and guidelines
* May work with Pricing Department in analyzing proposal pricing opportunities / requests as they are identified by the various segments within our Operational Units

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related discipline
* Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive responsibility in contract negotiations, contract administration and management
* Significant knowledge and understanding of federal procurement laws and regulations (e
g., FAR, DFARS, etc.)
* Experience with US Government and US Prime Contractor customers in the acquisition and user communities
* Thorough understanding and exposure to multiple contract types including FFP, Time and Materials, and CPFF
* Experience with GSA schedules and other agency IDIQ vehicles
* Generates reports required to monitor contract compliance
* Must possess advanced negotiation skills to include preparation of business case presentations, shaping requirements, persuasive communication skills, and ability to condense complex situations into easily understandable formats to all levels
* Knowledge of Word, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, software packages
* Understands the process of maintaining accurate data within an enterprise wide system
* Outstanding written, verbal, quantitative, and presentation skills
* Ability to work independently under a cooperative work-style/team spirit environment and ability to multi task as required
* Demonstrates significant self-motivation and able to exercise prudent business judgment in matters of business importance
* Experience in interfacing with various levels of executive leadership
* Strong initiative, and organization skills

Citizenship required Education Bachelor's degree required, preferably in business, math, finance or related field.
