SUPERVISORY PROGRAM MANAGER

DutiesYou will be responsible for the overall management of planning and estimating the budget for Code 120.You will ensure work packages and fund estimates are developed for all assignments for homeported vessels as well as remote work sites.You will make decisions on acceptance or non-acceptance of Ocean Engineering work for the shipyard based on funding availability.You will serve as the Code 122 Business Office Division Head in the Code 120 Ocean Engineering Department.Requirements Conditions of EmploymentMust be a US Citizen.Must be determined suitable for federal employment.Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.New employees to the Department of the Navy will be required to successfully pass the E-Verify employment verification check. Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: analyzing and evaluating ships maintenance or ocean engineering programs to execute work for ships maintenance and develop strategies for supporting effective modernization of naval vessels.
