SECURITY SPECIALIST with Security Clearance

Duties
• You will serve as a primary source of information and guidance in conducting research, analyzing National Disclosure Policy, collecting and interpreting naval aviation technology information, and formulating disclosure positions as necessary.
• You will develop, implement, administer and execute Foreign Disclosure Program requirements across assigned program offices and product areas, consistent with all applicable DoD, DON and NAVAIR Foreign Disclosure and Security policies and procedures
Requirements Conditions of Employment

You will be subject to random testing.
• This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites
You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
• This is a Key Security Cooperation Workforce (SCW) position and requires a DoD SCW Certification
Selectee must obtain and maintain certification within prescribed timeframes
SCW level required: Intermediate Level SC212 Qualifications Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Develops, implements, administers and executes Foreign Disclosure Program requirements across assigned program offices and product areas, consistent with all applicable Foreign Disclosure and Security policies and procedures; 2) Interprets Foreign Disclosure policies and procedures in assigned product areas and identifies requirements for implementation and compliance; and 3) Identifies and analyzes deficiencies in assigned program offices and product areas in the areas of compliance, effectiveness and efficiency and develops plans, strategies and courses of action to correct deficiencies
