Description SAIC is seeking a Program Engineer with a background in batteries, printed circuit boards, and critical electronics to support the US Navy in Crane, IN
JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsible for management of task orders for NCWC Crane Division, in accordance with contract requirements for technical, schedule, cost, and financial performance
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage risk, customer relationships, and program staffing.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and escalate challenges to SAIC leadership
Support proposals and be able to support significant capture efforts and proposals.
• Primary customer interface for technical matters, information sharing, and basic problem resolution.
• Conduct employee performance reviews, compensation-related actions, and staffing and hiring recommendations
Qualifications REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor's degree and 5 years or more of related experience
Master's and 3 years of experience.
• Must have experience in managing DoD contracts based on Cost Plus and understand Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) deliverables
REQUIRED CLEARANCE:
• Interim secret clearance required to start with the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
• US Citizenship required PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
• Prefer either a technical or engineering degree SAIC accepts applications on an ongoing basis and there is no deadline
Covid Policy: SAIC does not require COVID-19 vaccinations or boosters
Customer site vaccination requirements must be followed when work is performed at a customer site.
