We have an exciting opportunity for an Identity Intelligence Analyst supporting a client’s requirements in a challenging, dynamic setting located in the Washington Metropolitan Area. The Identity Intelligence Analyst will be trained to support watchlist and screening and vetting efforts. On the Watchlisting side this includes receiving, triaging, reviewing, and processing terrorist information/nominations from diverse US Government agencies. The Analyst will examine terrorism information from nominations to export following established criteria, standards, and policies. The Analyst will make recommendations regarding the nomination and watch listing process. The Analyst will support nomination QA/QC reviews.
While supporting the Screening & Vetting mission the analyst will be responsible for screening and vetting individuals traveling to the US by reviewing non-immigrant and immigrant Visa applicants against TIDE and other IC databases. Responsibilities will include using appropriate tools and analytic tradecraft to evaluate, analyze, and integrate relevant identity information to reveal foreign traveler links to terrorism for the State Department adjudication and watch listing purposes. This role uses the call chain analysis process to determine relationships, patterns, trends, indicators, and warnings to identify and report CT intelligence gaps.
Requirements:
Experience analyzing intelligence reports and cables
Ability to be flexible to perform a wide variety of tasks, change focus quickly, and adapt to meet mission requirements
Experience working with MS Office tools
Experience working with IC tools and databases
Strong problem-solving, analytic, and written and oral communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Excellent attention to detail and ability to accurately follow SOPs
Knowledge of IC organizations, policies, procedures, and requirements
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Excellent attention to detail
Typically requires a BA degree and 2 – 4 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with less than 2 years of prior relevant experience. Experience can be exchanged for degree.
While subject to change based on business needs, Leidos reasonably anticipates that this job requisition will remain open for at least 3 days with an anticipated close date of no earlier than 3 days after the original posting date as listed above.
Pay Range:Pay Range $55,250.00 - $99,875.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
