General Summary
Under frequent supervision, the Anesthesia Technician is a multi-skilled individual who assists the anesthesiologist with patient positioning, maintaining and stocking anesthesia inventory and assisting during the intraoperative phase. Patients served include infant through older adult.

Qualifications
* High School Diploma or GED (Required)
* Anesthesia Tech Certification (Preferred)
* Certification as Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Anesthesia Tech / Licensure / BLS CPR Certification (Required);
* One year experience as an Anesthesia Technician or equivalent or prior experience as a Patient Care Technician.
