Your primary objective will be to lead and support work to create engaging and effective learning experiences for our claims colleagues, focusing on business processes, systems, and data.In this role, you will collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify training needs and learning objectives. Using your expertise in instructional design methodologies, you will design and develop comprehensive training programs that align with organizational goals. Create engaging training materials, including presentations, job aids, manuals, and e-learning modules, to facilitate compelling learning experiences.Coordinate and/or facilitate engaging and interactive virtual training sessions.Collaborate with subject matter experts to create and maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, system functionalities, and data procedures as required. Regularly update training materials and resources to reflect processes, systems, or data-related practice changes. Ensure documentation is easily accessible to employees.Analyze training data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance the training programs. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to improve training methodologies and content.Promote a continuous improvement and innovation culture within the Global Claims organization.In this role, you will be part of the Global Claims Strategy & Transformation organization and report to the Head of Global Claims Innovation & Optimization.QualificationsSHARE your talentQualifications:Intermediate experience building learning programs focusing on global transformation initiatives, ideally in the insurance industry. Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Communications, Marketing, Design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).Proven experience coordinating and delivering process, system, or data-related training programs within a global organization.Robust knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning methodologies, and the ADDIE framework.Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.Excellent attention to detail and ability to understand complex processes and systems.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to diverse audiences.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple training initiatives simultaneously.Understanding of claims management processes, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements is a plus.Skills and Abilities:Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization.Highly organized and detail-oriented, with outstanding project management and problem-solving capabilities.Foster a culture of innovation and learning within the team, encouraging experimentation, risk-taking, and pursuing new ideas to drive program development.Demonstrate empathy, active listening, and the ability to motivate and inspire team members.Self-motivated and adaptable, with a growth mindset and a passion for driving positive change.FIND your futureAXA XL, the P&C and specialty risk division of AXA, is known for solving complex risks.
