Responsibilities*

* Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC units to identify the root cause of malfunctions and performance issues
* Perform repairs on HVAC units, including replacing faulty components, repairing wiring or leaks, and restoring proper functionality
* Conduct regular preventive maintenance on HVAC units to ensure optimal performance, including cleaning coils, lubricating moving parts, and checking electrical connections
* Inspect and test HVAC systems to assess their condition and identify potential problems or areas for improvement
* Document all service and repair activities accurately, including parts used, work performed, and any additional recommendations or findings
* Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, explaining repair or maintenance procedures, and offering recommendations for improving HVAC system efficiency and performance
* Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations while performing all HVAC service and repair tasks
* Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies related to HVAC systems through continuous learning and professional development opportunities

* 1+ years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician
* Proficiency in repairing and servicing all brands of HVAC products and equipment
* Training and qualifications in installing and servicing IAQ (Indoor Air Quality) products, along with relevant experience in IAQ installations
* Possession of a valid driver's license
* Successful completion of driving, background, and drug testing
* Compensation will be based on experience, with opportunities for continuing education as required
* Willingness to work on-call and be part of a rotational schedule
