ATTENDANCE REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION ARE AS FOLLOWS Rotating 40 hour work week including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Assist in administering Beach Parking Permit program. Leads seasonal beach parking permit staff including recruiting through City approved temporary agency, training, scheduling, and daily monitoring daily during peak sales months of March (Spring Break) and May through September. Responsible for compiling beach parking permit sales data including permits distributed, sold damaged, or lost. Maintain data by day, sales staff and vendor. Keep accurate records on which to audit and bill vendors that sell beach parking permits. Assist in reconciling revenue received to number of permits sold. Assist Program Manager with monitoring budgeted revenue and expenditures related to the beach parking permit program including purchasing and depositing procedures as per City policy. Maybe asked to perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Requires an Associate's Degree with a minimum of two (2) years of experience. A combination of education and experience may be considered. A valid driver's license is required. Successful candidate must be able to attain a valid Texas driver's license within 90 days of hire.
