You will support day to day operations of the dispute reconciliation process, participate in effort with the Project Manager(s) and Project Team to design a solution to fulfill the client’s business requirements, configure Frontier software to account for breaks between inventory, funding, and resolutions and contribute to the resolution of end-to-end testing and implementation specific defects. What you will do:Learn how disputes flow through our backends payment systemsElicit, validate, and prioritize client business requirementsCreate and document designs, in conjunction with the Project Manager(s), to meet business requirementsDevelop detailed technical specifications for any customized development or scripting work that is required during a projectConfigure application parameters including accounts, users, rules, reports, processes, and privilegesValidate and tests the solution against business requirementsWork production incidents and problems as neededEnsure all systems are within compliance with Fiserv cyber security policyWhat you will need to have:8+ years overall experience software development experienceExperience with web-based application and SQL Server including scripting skills and data manipulationExperience with Disputes/ChargesFinancial reconciliation experienceSQL Server and Powershell experienceBachelor's degree in computer science or a related field or an equivalent combination of education, military, and work experienceWhat would be great to have:Experience with web- based application in deployment and configuration3+ years of Frontier experience3+ years of Crystal reporting experiencePayment industry knowledge#LI-BT1This role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, District of Columbia, Hawaii, New York or Washington.Please note that salary ranges provided for this role on external job boards are salary estimates made by outside parties and may not be accurate.Thank you for considering employment with Fiserv.  Please:Apply using your legal nameComplete the step-by-step profile and attach your resume (either is acceptable, both are preferable).What you should know about us:Fiserv is a global leader in payments and financial technology with more than 40,000 associates proudly serving clients in more than 100 countries.
