Client is seeking Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis  to join their team Primary Role:Are you passionate about a greener, cleaner future and making a real-world impact with your work? We offer transformative technology that delivers reliable, low-cost, clean energy - a win-win solution for everyone. Key Responsibilities:• Designing, automating, and implementing our forecasting and planning tools in collaboration with Accounting and Technology teams• Managing the company’s annual and quarterly planning processes and corporate-level forecast consolidation• Developing financial reports for senior management and the Board of Directors and conducting ad-hoc analysis for the executive leadership team• Spearheading a multi-year long-range financial planning process to help align the company around key financial and operational objectivesJob Requirements:• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or Engineering; Master Degree is a plus • 10+ years of experience in an FP& A, Corporate Finance or Strategic Finance role at a high-growth company• Strong quantitative and financial analysis skills and adeptness in developing recommendations based upon findings• A talent for relationship-building and strong communication skills, especially with senior management• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint• Understanding of energy markets and experience with capital project forecasting is highly beneficial• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environmentAdditional Information:This role is office-based and may involve sitting for extended periods of time, repeated motions of the wrists, hands or fingers, and occasional light lifting.Our employees enjoy:• Excellent growth and learning opportunities• Free health insurance• Company contribution to a 401K• Generous vacation policy• Catered in-office lunchesEmail Cindy now or reach out on LINKEDIN for more details.
