Covenant Health is looking to hire a full-time CRNA at Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center in Knoxville, TN.

Position Highlights: - Competitive salary and benefits - $30k signing bonus - 6% 401(k) - 5 weeks+ of PTO Covenant Group at Fort Sanders Regional: - Anesthesia sites include Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center, Physicians Surgery Center, Thompson Cancer Survival Center, and Urologic Surgical Center of Knoxville. - 17 main ORs, 5 GI suites, 2 CV suites, 1 hybrid suite, EP lab, Cysto/ESWL, 2 IR suites and 4 dedicated high risk OB OR suites co-located within LD. - All case types performed except pediatrics. Wide range of general, cardiac, ortho, neuro, bariatric, GYN, urology, vascular, EP, endoscopy, and robotic services.
