Your New Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a key player in providing supervision to our peer support specialists and addiction counselors, with a focus on serving youth experiencing houselessness. This role demands close collaboration with an interdisciplinary, multi-agency team to ensure the seamless coordination of Substance Use Disorder (SUD) treatment services. The successful candidate will work closely with our Clinical Director, playing a crucial role in the development and implementation of an agency-wide harm reduction and substance use treatment framework. The ideal candidate for this position is someone deeply committed to making a difference in the lives of vulnerable youth. They must possess a strong background in clinical supervision within the context of SUD treatment and have a passion for applying harm reduction principles in their work.

Skills & Attributes:

* Ability and desire to work with culturally diverse staff, program participants, and community

* Sound understanding of the impacts of trauma on mental health, substance use, and young adult development.

* Must have access to an automobile, a valid driver's license, and active auto insurance on that vehicle.

* Must be willing to be CPR trained and certified

Education & Experience:

* Master's Degree in counseling, psychology, or social work and CADC I credential -OR- CADC II credential with significant practice experience.

* Minimum of three years of experience in treating substance use disorders. Lived experience with substance use, houselessness or homelessness is highly valued.

* Two years of supervisory experience preferred.
