SENIOR EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

We are hiring a Senior Executive Assistant to handle a variety of activities and complex situations involving the administrative support leaders within the Global Operations organization.

What You Will Be Doing:

You will be using sound judgment and initiative to determine the approach or action to take in non-routine situations and in dealing with confidential/sensitive information. You will anticipate and prepare materials needed by the executives for conferences, correspondence, appointments, meetings, etc. Gathers, collects, records, tracks and verifies data and information from multiple sources. Uses existing software and programs to compile, review and generate reports, statistics, timelines, graphs, correspondence and presentations. May assist in budget preparation activities, coordinate travel itineraries, expense reports completion and some executive reporting using judgment and discretion. Will be given small projects to execute, including tasks related to project management.

Who You Are:

Required Skills and Competencies

* High School Diploma required.
* Associate degree in business or related field preferred.
* Minimum of 3 years proven administrative experience or project management experience
* Proven project coordination experience

* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office & Teams plus ability to manage telepresence software/systems.
* Tech savvy with an ability to navigate and learn existing and new software systems.
* Strong curiosity to learn and grow in new areas.
