We appreciate the individuality of the people around us.About the Role:The Regional Senior Principal Engineer will provide thought leadership and technical expertise in delivering emerging technology solutions to meet clients’ needs. This position will leverage new and emerging technologies to solve key technical challenges.In addition, the Regional Senior Principal Engineer will build deep relationships with clients, assist with architectural integration design, develop and deliver solutions, and support clients throughout the relationship lifecycle. What You’ll Do:Lead client engagements as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) to solve customer problems and translate customer requirements into deliverable services.Gather technical requirements and facilitate sessions for building solutions for relevant technologies.Provide technical oversight, leadership, and governance for delivery teams on new and differentiated solutions.Execute comprehensive solutions that support business needs and objectives in complex environments for our clients.Create technical roadmaps, project plans, requirements, designs, and implementation plans in various cloud and app modernization technology domains.Participate in business requirement gathering sessions, gather user data requirements, understand the user requirements, and assist in reconciling technical and business needs as they relate to technology.Support prospects through RFP/RFI lifecycles, including assisting with defining requirements and facilitating responses.Support prospects through POC lifecycles, including defining Test Plans and Success Criteria.Own successful implementation of sold solutions by ensuring a smooth transition of designed solutions.Ensure that a quality solution is delivered on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.Communicate Trace3's value proposition to varying technical and non-technical clients, including executive ''C'' level management, VP and Director levels, and end-users.Establish strong and lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in client organizations.Development of internal best practices and new innovative consulting services offerings to take to market.Qualifications & Interests:Bachelor's degree from an accredited universityMinimum of 12 years of experience working with modern application solutionsExperience with CI/CD,  DevOps, and Platform EngineeringBroad experience with automation and infrastructure as code solutionsKnowledge and familiarity with adjacent technology areas, including Cloud, Data Intelligence, and observability.Strong familiarity and experience working with modern application stacksStrong experience designing technology solutions for Fortune 500 companiesPrevious experience working with Enterprise Financial Services clientele is strongly preferred.Comfortable working independently, while managing multiple and changing priorities, and meeting deadlines in an entrepreneurial environment.Ability to approach customer and sales requests in a proactive and consultative manner; listen and understand user requests and needs and effectively deliver.Excellent presentation skills; able to comfortably communicate and present in front of C-Level Executives, VPs, and Directors.Interpersonal skills: able to work well with people from many different disciplinesAbility to lead and mentor engineersHighly organized, detail-oriented, and excellent time management skillsThe Perks:Comprehensive medical, dental and vision plans for you and your dependents401(k) Retirement Plan with Employer Match, 529 College Savings Plan, Health Savings Account, Life Insurance, and Long-Term DisabilityCompetitive CompensationTraining and development programsStocked kitchen with snacks and beveragesCollaborative and cool cultureWork-life balance and generous paid time off***To all recruitment agencies: Trace3 does not accept unsolicited agency resumes/CVs.
