Summary You will serve as a SUPERVISORY DATA HUB & SYSTEMS MANAGEMENT DIRECTOR in the Public Works Directorate at the NAVAL FACILITIES ENG SYSTEMS COMMAND PAC, Echelon III
Duties
• You will serve as a SME to the Lead Planner and is frequently sought out for consultation and advice by senior leaders, supervisors, and professionals within and outside of the agency.
• You will administer highly complex programs covering billions of dollars' worth of real property involving multiple professional and technical disciplines and requiring substantial business and administrative support
• You will support and promote all aspects of the Equal Employment Opportunity Program and Affirmative Action Plan as directed by applicable laws and regulations and to communicate this support to employees.
• You will determine, monitor expenditure, and recommend whether resources need to be adjusted or reallocated among programs, functions or organizational units that impact the ECH III Command.
• You will assist the other directorates and divisions with the development of the Data Hub and System Management Division PW4 resourcing requirements and funds execution.
• You will serve as the Data Hub and System Management's subject matter expert and process owner, and will be responsible for improving work processes and teamwork

• This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA)
Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes.
• Supervisors in the executive branch have a heightened personal responsibility for advancing government ethics

Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector
