Sentinel Future Capabilities Senior Electrical Engineer

This position will provide engineering support to a large Government acquisition program
This new ICBM program will design, develop, produce, and deploy new payload system suites (reentry vehicles and/or countermeasures)
The key payload attributes include enhancements in accuracy, lethality, and ICBM Reentry System/Reentry Vehicle (RS/RV) interoperable operations
Program activities will also include the employment of digital acquisitions through the application of digital engineering, agile software development, and open systems architectures
Responsibilities include
• Provide technical advice to Government leaders and engineers.
• Support requirements development, analysis of alternatives, verification and validation activities, and milestone preparation.
• Prepare/review engineering analysis reports and key acquisition documents, including RFP packages.
• Participate in technical interchange meetings, design reviews, program management reviews, certification working groups, and other technical meetings, as required
#ASFS Required Education, Experience, & Skills
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline with 7+ years of Electrical Engineering experience or master's degree in engineering or related technical discipline with 5+ years of Electrical Engineering experience.
• 3+ years of progressive responsibility in providing technical leadership.
• Ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance
Due to its special-access, classified working environment, this position is only located at Hill AFB, Utah, and is not conducive to telework schedules
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills The ideal candidate will have most of the following experience:
• Experience as an aerospace/mechanical engineer on a missile system or complex weapon system (especially ACAT I program or ICBM-related experience)
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $103590 - $176130 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures
However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience
