We are looking for experienced Supply Chain professionals to help us reach our ambitious goals. In this role you will be responsible for leading and coordinating overall Radio Ligand Therapy (RLT) external operations for Isotopes & other key suppliers. You will ensure the development and implementation of strategic, tactical, and operational plans for RLT Isotope suppliers and their seamless cross-functional coordination to meet commercial requirements, ensure timely supply readiness of products and services to markets/patients, and optimize value chain results. Responsibilities include but not limited to:• Responsible for the development of the tactical and operational plans and processes in line with Radio Ligand Therapy business strategy• Responsible for alignment between demand and supply capacity (internal and external) for mid- and long-term to deliver service level at targeted cost. • Responsible for the Isotopes allocations and recommends the appropriate volume assigned to the internal and external network. Leads the strategic assessment and implementation of all external steps of isotope manufacturing (stable isotope, irradiation services and isotope manufacturing and procurement)• Network optimization, contribute and assess the impact on operations and supply of the strategic decisions on the approved supply network configuration.• Develops and delivers Key Performance Indicators which drive sustainable business improvements, customer / patient service, costs.• Networks and effectively utilizes Novartis and wider industry forums to identify future opportunities for collaboration and to identify and leverage best practices across the isotope industry. Further, final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to geographical location, experience level, knowledge, skills and abilities. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
