This role will be part of our Pediatric Nutrition team and work with our Similac, PediaSure, Pedialyte brands in both hospital and office settings.TERRITORY The ideal candidate will be based out of Richmond, VA. May consider candidates based out of Charlottesville, VA and Petersburg, VA.This territory will include coverage of Norfolk VA, Western VA, Coastal NC, and West Virginia WHAT YOU’LL DODeveloping territory manager's skills to ensure sales and share growth, may be done through training, coaching, inspiring, etc. Working in the field (avg. 10 times per Rep) annually and completing the associated documentation needed to support the visit (TM Evaluation, follow letter, etc.)Team/ human resources management functions (such as evaluating performance, providing performance improvement coaching, writing performance appraisals, etc.) Performing recruitment and selection duties such as sourcing, interviewing, and maintaining a diverse candidate pool, participating in job fairs, maintaining a file of qualified candidates in the event of turnover.Administrative - Driving the business through proper resource allocation and budgeting (such as gratis and expenses); communicating with Regional Director regarding issues and opportunitiesSpecial Projects such as - Conducting meetings, training sessions, etc.Accountability / Scope/Budget:District Budget including managing financial and marketing resourcesAccountability for district staff of Sales RepresentativesAbility to travel; mandatory for all sales meetings EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRINGBachelor's degree requiredPreferably 3-5 years sales leadership experienceMaster ability in technical products sales, conduct, written and verbal communicationDemonstrated strength in trainingDemonstrated strength in strategic thinking, decision making, teamwork, initiative, driving the businessAbility to understand and implement field sales directives and management policiesVerification that you will satisfy all vendor credentialing requirements, which may include vaccination for COVID-19.  If you require a medical or religious accommodation from these requirements or if you would like to understand more about these requirements, please advise HR so that we can provide additional information and if needed, we can explore any needed accommodation(s).Apply Now* Participants who complete a short wellness assessment qualify for FREE coverage in our HIP PPO medical plan.
