On any given day you might be leading a brainstorming session and be rapid wireframing with Sales teams, or working with Engineers to strategize data structures, or meeting with our Finance team to spearhead rolling out new payment integrations. If you're prepared to wear multiple hats and are eager to help shape the future of language education, we're thrilled to have you on board Let's embark on this exciting journey together. #LI-HYBRIDWHAT YOU'LL BE DOINGDiscover, define, and deliver a wide range of product features; you could be working on anything from learner motivation features to developing new reporting insights to rethinking onboarding flowsCollaborate internally to evolve the product, helping to determine which developments make the greatest impact, and seeing them through to completionDesign simple, elegant, and robust solutions that address customer needs and align with the broader business strategy; provide detailed written specifications for each solutionCollaborate with design, engineering, and quality assurance teams throughout the end-to-end product development process to achieve the greatest positive impact for usersProvide ongoing updates and recommendations to Product and company leadership; contribute to the product vision and roadmapWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORBachelor’s or Master’s degree in STEM or related fieldMinimum 3 years of product management experience, preferably in EdTech, Enterprise SaaS, or related fieldEffective communication and collaboration skills, especially with Engineering, Design, and QA teamsPassion for crafting and communicating product vision across the organizationStrong focus on user journey and experience, understanding both consumer and enterprise perspectivesProficient in wireframing product concepts to visually communicate ideas and iterate on designs efficientlyProven ability to manage projects adeptly, adjusting tasks and priorities to meet evolving business needs, and communicate changes effectively to stakeholdersComfortable in a dynamic, lean team environment where adaptability is keyLearning mindset, embracing challenges with a can-do attitudeSelf-motivated and proactive, taking initiative without remindersCreative, open-minded, and consistently positive attitudePassion for improving education through technologyOur pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The base salary range for this full-time position is $125,000 to $180,000 + equity + benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the position. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
