We are hiring for a Registered Nurse at our St. Luke's Clinic - Psychiatric Wellness Servicesteam in Nampa.

**What you can expect from this role**

The care team is made up of psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and mental health therapists that are trained to provide compassionate psychiatric and behavioral health care services.

We provide a full spectrum of psychiatric services to adults with varying diagnoses, including but not limited to: depression, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), psychosis, dual diagnosis, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), panic disorder, bipolar disorder and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

The RN will assist with clinical triage, de-escalation/resolution for crisis calls (common) & walk-in patients (rare), conduct assessments, care coordination with patients and providers, provide peer support to PAS and MAs, perform injections and POCT, and participate in process improvement projects or pilots.

_Schedule:_

+ Four 10-hour shifts per week (Monday & Friday required) or

+ Five 8-hour shifts per week

**Qualifications**

+ Education: Nursing Degree

+ Experience: 1 years' experience

+ Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ Experience in behavioral health clinical setting

+ Experience with clinical triage

+ Ability to be calm and patient during challenging moments
