Duties
• You will accept, acknowledge receipt of, verify, and process applications and necessary paperwork to refer personnel to public-private venture housing units.
• You will provide counsel to applicants regarding the rules, regulations, orders, availability, type, size, and location of housing.
• You will prepare reports or other submissions concerning housing data.
• You will track and update occupancy of public-private venture housing units.
• You will research and maintain up-to-date referral listings and verify that each is in compliance with equal opportunity laws.
• You will inspect new listings offered by property owners to ensure compliance with guidelines published before acceptance and inclusion in referral listing printouts
Requirements Conditions of Employment
• Must be a US Citizen.
• Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
• Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.

Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Preparing reports, performing data entry and resolving problems relating to family housing
