Position Requirements:

* Must have a minimum of two years work experience in either education or healthcare field.
* Ability to work 30 hours per week.

Essential Job Functions:

* Demonstrate effective people skills, communication skills and professionalism (i.e. - prepared, reliable, responsible, punctual, etc.)
* Demonstrate an understanding of and commitment to the mission and goals of Tulsa Tech's ACD program.
* Participate in professional development opportunities as required by the ACD department.
* Manage clinical procurement, scheduling, and follow-up for most ACD Health Programs requiring a clinical.
* Work with ACD Health Lab Technician to verify students have met clinical setting compliance requirements.
* Assist with administrative duties related to immunizations, background checks and drug screens.
* Maintain strong relationships with clinical site contacts.
* Be aware of new clinical site opportunities and work with campus administration to secure clinical contracts.
* Follow all clinical site-specific procedures for collecting and submitting required clinical paperwork.
* Manage ACD adjunct instructor licensure & immunizations.
* Review ACD Clinical Handbook with students prior to clinical rotation.
* Conduct exit interviews for Phlebotomy, Medical Assisting and Sleep Technology students.
* Prepare first day materials and paperwork for CNA classes.
* Communicate with students in Health Program Online Orientations and track student progress.
* Support ACD Health Coordinators with administrative and office support duties as assigned.
* Prepare and archive the ACD HSC student and class files to satisfy regulatory requirements.
* Act as the backup for the ACD Health Lab Technician position.
* Assist with Flex Classroom student paperwork as needed.
* Perform all other duties as may be assigned by management from time to time.

Education:

Associates Degree required, Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Standard rate schedule for non-regular (temporary, adjunct, substitute) and regular part-time employees

$25 per hour
