Assists nursing staff with goal attainment relative to maximizing patient health, including a focus on prevention, rehabilitation, coping, death and dying. Demonstrates a high degree of professional excellence through the application of evidenced based practice. Acts a role model for Nursing staff in the attainment of clinical competence. Education Masters Degree : Nursing (Required) Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
