Mental Health Technician-Various Shifts
Welcome to a behavioral health services company unlike those that have come before it. One where leaders believe in the healing and nourishing quality of compassion both in treating clients and caring for our people. A safe place to bring your whole self to work and infuse a bit of your own magic into what you do every day. The Lightfully Shining Commitments reflect our commitment to these principles and encourages our staff to deliver exceptional performance through their authenticity, bravery, and grit. We believe that great things can happen when we create space for people to light fully.
We are hiring full-time Client Care Techs (CCT) at all levels of care This position includes 12-hour shifts, 3 days per week, and is considered full-time with benefits
WHY THE 3-Day WORK WEEK?
We made this bold decision for the following reasons:
- To fight compassion fatigue by allowing you space to truly decompress.
- Tolimit the number of days you commute - which is no small thing with CA gas prices Plus, our shifts start/end at off-peak traffic hours.
- To better accommodate life schedules; this structure allows for more flexibility.
Our schedule also helps your bank account. Since shifts run 12 hours, you earn time-and-a-half for part of every regular shift, which equates to the same or higher weekly earnings compared to other behavioral health companies for fewer days and hours.
At most companies, you work 5 days/week for 8 hours/day for a total of 40 hours. At an hourly rate of $20, for example, your weekly income is approximately $800. At Lightfully, at that same hourly rate of $20, you can earn the same weekly income working 3 days/week for 12 hours/day (a total of 36 hours).
