This position will perform clerical support services for the department faculty such as preparing correspondences and receiving and handling all incoming calls, visitors, and mail services. Responsibilities also include the department budget and monthly calendar, as well as ordering supplies and maintaining the filing system. Will also provide program support by processing applications and registrations as well as providing information to potential students as appropriate.

High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred. Experience is desired. Position will not exceed 19.5 hours per week. Salary range is $12.30 per hour.
