Who we are looking forWe are seeking an experienced client implementation SME to join a team of performance experts to onboard clients to the Alpha Performance Service. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in investment performance measurement, data management, and client reporting for asset managers. It harmonizes data, technology and services across trusted providers to help our clients better manage their businesses.Join us if making your mark in an ever-changing, increasingly complex and competitive industry is a challenge you are up for.What you will be responsible forAs a Client Implementation SME, Alpha Performance you willWork with the Implementation Lead to define the client solution design, conversion approach, implementation plan, and go-live activities from a performance perspective for converting clients onto State Street's Alpha Performance platformAssist in analyzing and documenting client requirements for large and/ or complex efforts.Perform and support testing effortsWork with your counterparts on the client side to configure the Alpha Performance solution for client-specific workflowsParticipate in interactions with clients around the delivery of the solutionFeed into the continuous improvement of methodologies and processes required to deliver successful solutionsAssist the pre-sales team to determine whether the Alpha performance offering meets prospect requirementsWork with the Product team to close functionality gaps identified during the requirements gathering phaseCollaborate with other teams to share approaches, develop best practices and improve team capabilities to successfully migrate clientsBecome a Performance product SME on State Street's Front-to-back platformSome travel may be requiredWhat we value Strong problem solving and time management skillsAbility to work on multiple projects concurrently and prioritize work accordinglyAbility to analyze problems and identify holistic solutions while balancing the need for successful client outcomes and Alpha goalsExcellent presentation, communication and teamwork skillsAble to build and maintain positive relationships with the team, across the business and with clientsApply lateral and conceptual thinking in order to design appropriate solutionsAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline orientated, globally structured team-based environmentEducation & Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree or above preferredMinimum 7 years experience in the fintech space, implementing and supporting performance and attribution solutionsNice to have – CFA/ CIPMAbout State StreetWhat we do.
