Supply Chain ManagerAbout the jobInxeption is looking for a dynamic Supply Chain Manager to join our team. If you love developing strong relationships and solving business problems for clients generating value and revenue for both parties, we want to talk to you We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager who wants to join a fast-growing team in our Louisville office. Responsibilities:Create logistics strategy and lead the implementation of freight and distribution projectsManage overall operational targets Identify, lead and implement logistics and distribution productivity projectsEvaluate freight movements and implement routing guides to drive logistics efficienciesEnsure transaction compliance with our third-party logistics suppliersDrive continuous improvement activities with our third-party logistics suppliers embedded in our facilitiesLead to drive continuous improvement cultureEstablish and maintain maximum and minimum consumables inventory levelsCoordinate with in-house sales team to promote accurate and timely processing of orders for customersAdminister and maintain inventory control program systemsSupport with maintenance of logistics policies, procedures, support plans and similar data.Manage and monitor, routing and scheduling planningRequirements:Minimum 1-3 years experience in an adjacent Supply Chain, International Adept to change in a fast-paced environmentSelf-motivated, high energy, and positive attitudeAbility to use analytical reasoning to make sound business decisionsAbility to manage multiple partners and projects at once, all while treating each with a first in class customer experienceMust be teamwork oriented and able to build strong customer relationshipsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills Excellent problem solving and negotiation skillsAbout Inxeption:Inxeption is the leading technology platform digitizing the global Industrial Commerce value chain.
