That's how we drive impact - for ourselves, our company, and the communities we serve.Join us.About the TeamThe Supply Chain and Logistics team at TikTok is dedicated to supporting enterprises and various business lines, striving to enhance supply chain and logistics efficiency, achieve cost-effectiveness, and ultimately drive business success. Our core focus and capabilities encompass a wide range of services, including domestic and regional supply chain solutions, global supply chain network layout, digitization of supply chain systems, data analysis, planning, automatic replenishment management, health inventory management, logistics operations, global warehouse network layout, cross-border supply chain delivery and operations, as well as customs and international trade compliance, among others.Responsibilities:1. Support business partners with end-to-end supply chain services and provide sourcing opportunities for domestic and overseas2. Responsible for managing domestic and international supply chain operation processes including:- Proactively identify potential operational flaws- Seek solutions to improve supply chain operation efficiencies- Make efforts to reduce operational costs and improve customer satisfaction3. Responsible for contract management4. Develop agile operational solutions through implementing process and system optimizations5. Support system operation in SCM, OMS, WMS, TMS and ERP. Meanwhile, support the whole life cycle of project implementation6. Implement a robust supplier performance evaluation system to ensure high-quality deliveries7. Develop business relationships with key customers to ensure strategic alignment and continuously improve customer satisfactionQualificationsMinimum qualifications:1. 5+ years of experience in global logistics operations and project management2. Familiarity with global logistics end to end process including international transportation and warehouse management3. Well-versed in order to cash, procurement, demand planning, warehouse management, transportation managementPreferred qualifications:1. Prior experience navigating and excelling within the dynamic environments of large international corporations2.
