We are currently seeking dedicated In-Home Care Professionals for both day and night shifts to join our team in Kearney.

Job Description: As an In-Home Care Professional, you will play a crucial role in assisting our clients with their daily activities, providing emotional support, and ensuring their safety and well-being. This position allows flexibility, as you and a few other care-professionals will be working for a client that requires 24/7 care.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized care and assistance to clients, including help with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Assist with mobility and physical therapy exercises as directed.
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
  • Monitor and report changes in the client’s health, behavior, and needs to the supervisory team.
  • Accompany clients to appointments and assist with errands as needed.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
  • Ensure the client's environment is safe and secure at all times.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent. Certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) is preferred but not required.
  • Previous experience in in-home care, senior care, or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate a 24/7 case.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate and patient demeanor.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
  • Must pass a background check and drug screening.

  • Day Shift
  • Night Shift
