We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide in-home care to our clients. This position requires a professional who is capable of performing various healthcare and assistance tasks, with a significant emphasis on the ability to safely lift and transfer patients with limited mobility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care in a home setting.
  • Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
  • Safely perform physical tasks, including lifting, transferring, and repositioning patients.
  • Monitor and report changes in patient health, behavior, and needs.
  • Administer medication as prescribed and maintain medication compliance.
  • Operate and handle medical equipment and assistive devices.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for the patient.
  • Coordinate with healthcare professionals to implement patient care plans.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to patients and their families.
  • Ensure confidentiality and respect for patient privacy at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Current CNA certification.
  • Proven experience as a CNA, with a focus on patients requiring physical assistance.
  • Ability to lift, transfer, and move patients safely, with emphasis on heavy lifting capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate and patient-oriented approach.
  • Basic understanding of patient care and medical terminology.
  • Reliable transportation and a flexible schedule.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to lift a minimum of [Specify Weight] pounds.
