DESCRIPTION OF WORK

Our enthusiastic and dedicated nursing staff provides 24-hour care, seven days a week. From helping our residents prepare for their day to assisting them to participate in exciting activities, you will play a huge role in their day. Through this day-to-day contact with our residents, you will have the ability to positively impact their quality of life by providing the best possible care.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

* Full-time employment; 8-hours/day; 40 hours/week
* Work hours are as follows, and each shift has a 30-minute lunch:
* 2nd Shift: 2:45 PM to 11:15 PM, work every other weekend
* 3rd Shift: 10:45 PM to 7:15 AM, work every other weekend

Rotating weekends and holidays.Overtime: As needed. Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.You will receive further communication regarding this position via email. Check your email, including spam/junk folders, for these notices.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

* Active registration as a Nurse Aide in the Pennsylvania Nurse Aide Registry; or
* Six months of paid experience in the care and treatment of geriatric or physically ill patients or residents.

Special Requirement:

* This position is assigned to a long-term or specialized care facility and requires active registration as a Nurse Aide in the Pennsylvania Nurse Aide Registry.

Additional Requirement:

* You must be able to perform essential job functions.

Legal Requirements:

* A conditional offer of employment will require a medical examination and drug screening.
* This position falls under the provisions of the Older Adult Protective Services Act.
* Under the Act, a conditional offer of employment will require submission and approval of satisfactory criminal history reports, including but not limited to, PA State Police and FBI clearance.
