They will play a pivotal role in driving strategic decision-making by providing actionable insights derived from comprehensive analytics, market research, competitive intelligence, and sales operations data.This individual will join a talented team responsible for synthesizing complex data sets and translating them into actionable recommendations that drive commercial success for our Endocrinology division. This role is based at our headquarters in Menlo Park, CA. A remote candidate may be considered if willing to come on-site with a regular cadence.Responsibilities:Lead the design, execution, and analysis of market research initiatives to gain deep insights into market dynamics, customer behavior, and competitive landscapeDevelop and implement robust analytical strategies to identify trends, opportunities, and risks within the marketSpearhead competitive intelligence activities to monitor competitor activities, assess market positioning, and identify potential threats and opportunitiesLeverage primary and secondary data to address key business questions and support the development of Endocrinology commercial strategiesUtilize SQL or Python programming skills to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets from various sources including Veeva, Komodo, IQVIA, Symphony, and other healthcare data platforms and systemsProvide strategic guidance on sales operations, incentive compensation, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize commercial effectiveness.
