Job DescriptionProcore is looking for a Professional Services Solutions Consultant to play an integral role in supporting the sale of Procore's Professional Services. You'll leverage your deep experience scoping software implementations, as well as your knowledge in SaaS to inspire customer confidence in the value of our Professional Services. As part of a growing team, you’ll scope, prescribe, and sell Professional Services offerings for clients and prospective clients to drive adoption and services revenue. As a successful Professional Services Solutions Consultant, you’ll serve as the critical link between commitments made during the sales cycle and the delivery of the services. You'll help prospects architect best practice strategies that address specific customer business needs that are practical to implement and easy to service. This position reports to the Manager, Professional Services, and may work remotely or be based out of our Austin, New York, or Carpinteria offices. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.What you’ll do:Uncover potential business opportunities with customer prospects through client discovery, researching and understanding prospects' go-to-market strategies, and identifying potential solution hypotheses and value drivers of our Professional ServicesPropose Professional Services solutions that transform the business and organizational culture of prospective customers, highlighting features and benefitsAssist Sales on new business opportunities by building proposals for RFPs, supporting sales meetings, designing and scoping services solutions for clients and prospectsOwn SOW and Addendum creation by being an expert on Procore's technology and by representing the interests of customers and the Professional Services teamPlay a leading role in the development of the services team as we scale, including process, people, and technology while building relationships with key members of the organizationLead cross-functional initiatives, e.g., with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales departmentsDeliver quality, engaging and strategic sales presentations with a clear, strong value messageContinually search for ways to improve services offerings and the methods by which customers are supported by Procore through our services What we’re looking for:Bachelor's degree is preferred2+ years of Enterprise Software Implementation and/or Scoping experience with a focus on technology consulting, project management, or customer managementRelevant experience working in Sales in one or more of the following areas: prescribing services related to upselling, cross-selling, change orders, or solution best practicesExcellent business and technical presentation skills, communication (oral & written), and relationship-building skills, across all levels of managementCurrent experience with presenting services options and SOWs to clients virtually and in-person Ability to apply strategic thinking and demonstrate an understanding of requirements to execute and make decisions guided by policies, procedures, and business plans with limited guidanceRFP and/or proposal writing experience preferredAdditional InformationBase Pay Range $86,800 - $119,350 plus commission for an estimated on-target earnings of $124,000 - $170,500. This role is also eligible for Equity Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role.
