In this pivotal position, you will be an integral part of the leadership team within a Nursing Division, providing crucial operational support. As the Nursing Operations Coordinator -#Perioperative Services, you will engage in a diverse range of responsibilities that demand critical thinking, independence, and initiative. Your fiscal duties will encompass entering and monitoring operational and capital budget requests, managing capital equipment quotes, and overseeing check requests. You will play a key role in the preparation and management of the division#s budget, as well as generating essential reports for Nurse Leaders. Your role extends to performing audits, managing inventory, and handling regulatory functions. Proactively supporting Nurse Leaders, you will coordinate the renewal or termination of contracts, initiate new contract processes, maintain a comprehensive contract log, and contribute to the annual review process. Human Resource responsibilities will include maintaining personnel files, ensuring compliance with HealthStream due dates, and facilitating follow-ups with leaders. Additionally, you will provide support for policy and procedure adherence, coordinate meetings, draft minutes, and assist in meeting preparation, including the development of presentation materials and data display. Operating in a fast-paced environment, you will need to maintain efficiency, uphold confidentiality, and possess strong written and verbal communication skills. Minimum Requirements: Education/Experience: Associate Degree or 2 years of clerical/operations experience, or 30 semester hours of equivalent education in a related field. Relevant degree, experience, or education is required for the role. Minimum Requirements:

Education/Experience:
