ATTENDANCE REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION ARE AS FOLLOWS: Non rotating 40 hour work week, Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Must be available to work additional hours as needed.

Responsibilities

Serves as primary point-of-contact to departmental staff for troubleshooting problems with application software and desktop hardware/software. Monitors all work order submitted to the MIS helpdesk and completes within the designated time. Responsible for establishing and maintaining security as required by the application software. Develops and prepares reports or queries as requested by management using reporting tools provided with the application software. Performs requirements analysis and recommends business process redesign and/or software modifications or changes to the existing application or processes. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Position requires an Associate's Degree with minimum of two (2) years of related experience. A combination of education and pertinent experience may be considered. Associates in Accounting, Business Administration, Economic, IT, or closely related field preferred. A valid driver's license is required. Successful out of state candidates must be able to obtain a valid Texas driver's license within 90 days of hire.
